Join us for our upcoming meetings!
Student Host/Chaperone Informational Meeting
Tuesday, Feb. 25, 7pm at Norton Hall (70 Cottonwood St., Woodland)
This meeting will explain sign up requirements, expectations, and areas of need for the day, as well as address changes and any questions.
4-H’ers are the hosts for Farm Connection Day. To be present, 4-H members get approval to attend as part of an approved school ‘field trip.’ The procedures approved by the school districts are necessary to provide proper oversight of the 4-H Student Hosts during this absence from school. Procedures and forms are below. Chaperone and Student Host Registration (with signed permission slip) due April 1, 2020!
- Student Host Program Procedures for 2020 (Adobe PDF)

- Online Student Host Registration (with downloadable Permission Slip)
Teachers: Bring your class out to the fairgrounds to partake in dozens of interactive exhibits and activities related to agriculture. See how a cow is milked, meet the rabbits, taste some new foods, and much much more!
Registration with the Yolo County Farm Bureau is required for classes that wish to attend Farm Connection Day (available beginning early Spring at their website HERE).
